2009 - Organized in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a corporation

2010 - Determination by I.R.S. as (501)(c)(3), Received grants from Enterprise Bank, Community Funds, Billerica Access Television, Massachusetts Billerica Cultural Council, Published The Adventures of Giggles and Owen Adventure One, Off to a Pawsitive Experience, Presented Adventure One to visitors from Billericay England, Hosted celebration Putting on the Woof

2011 - Published The Adventures of Giggles and Owen Adventure Two, Pawsistence Pays Off, Celebrated "Howl-O-Weenie Chowdown", Preserved Adventure One in Billerica's 2011 Time Capsule

2012 - Donated Adventure One to every Billerica Elementary School classroom Grades 1-4, Donated books to Billerica Library & Burlington Library, Granted five $100 grants for educational enrichment projects in our community

2013 - Received $2,000 grant from EMD SERANO as part of the 2013 Billerica Community Fund Awards, Published The Adventures of Giggles and Owen Adventure Three, Unlimited Pawsibilities, Granted four $100 grants for educational enrichment projects in our community

2014 - Published The Adventures of Giggles and Owen Adventure Four, Challenges are Oppawtunities, Granted five $100 grants for educational enrichment projects in our community

2015 - Published The Adventures of Giggles and Owen Adventure Five, New Pawspectives, Granted five $150 grants for educational enrichment projects in our community, Celebration of Success - Celebrating the completion of the five book series

2016 - Completion of donation of The Adventures of Giggles and Owen Adventures, Adventures One through Five to all Billerica elementary schools grades K–3 classrooms, Granted five $150 grants for educational enrichment projects in our community, Completion of donation of Adventures One - Adventure Three to Billerica Elementary Schools grades K-3

2017 - Granted five $150 grants for educational enrichment projects in our community

2018 - Granted five $150 grants for educational enrichment projects in our community

2019 - Yankee Doodle  September 15 – BASC History Event, Stand Up Kids 

2020 - Shirley Holdman and Neelam Wali of Printing and Graphic Services featured in Lowell Sun article, 4 October, 5 Kids Talk videos being aired on BATV

2021 - BASC has donated to over 35 elementary schools and other sites cartons of I'm Not Afraid with English and Spanish text

2023 - Shirley Holdman and Neelam Wali of Printing and Graphic Services featured in Lowell Sun article, 15 May, Local Students Recognized for Essays on Climate Change
